1. ABOUT CORNBREAD26.COM
Cornbread26.com provides information about Cornbread26 Food Co., LLC, including C26 Catering & Events, our menus, catering and event services, food products, merchandise, and related offerings.
The website also allows prospective clients to submit catering and event inquiries and may provide links to third-party platforms through which catering services or Cornbread26 products can be ordered or purchased.
Purchases of madeleines, baked goods, apparel, merchandise, and other retail products are not processed directly through Cornbread26.com. Such products may be offered through third-party commerce platforms, including Shopify storefronts and TikTok Shop.
Certain catering orders may also be available through third-party ordering partners such as ezCater.
2. CATERING & EVENT INQUIRIES
Submitting an inquiry, event request form, email, or other communication to Cornbread26 does not create a catering contract, reserve an event date, or guarantee our availability.
For custom catering and events, services are confirmed only after the requirements specified by Cornbread26 have been completed, which may include execution of an event agreement and receipt of the required deposit.
Proposals, estimates, menus, availability discussions, and preliminary communications are subject to change until an event is formally confirmed.
3. EVENT AGREEMENTS & PROPOSALS
Custom catering and event services may be governed by a separate proposal, event agreement, invoice, statement of work, or other written agreement between Cornbread26 and the client.
These documents may contain event-specific provisions concerning matters such as:
Deposits and payment schedules
Cancellation and rescheduling
Final guest counts
Menu selections and changes
Staffing
Rentals
Delivery and transportation
Venue requirements
Service or administrative charges
Overtime or additional labor
Event timing
Other event-specific requirements
If a signed event agreement or other written contract between Cornbread26 and a client conflicts with these website Terms concerning that event, the applicable signed agreement will control with respect to that conflict.
4. PRICING, MENUS & AVAILABILITY
Menus, photographs, descriptions, serving quantities, pricing, minimums, services, and other information appearing on Cornbread26.com are provided for informational purposes and may be changed, corrected, or discontinued at any time.
Menu availability may vary based on seasonality, ingredient availability, event location, guest count, production requirements, and other circumstances.
