CAN YOU PROVIDE A CUSTOM MENU?
YES!!! IT'S ACTUALLY QUITE COMMON FOR US TO CREATE A MENU FOR A CLIENT FROM SCRATCH. IF THERE ARE MENU ITEMS THAT INTERESTS YOU, THAT HAPPENS NOT TO BE ON ANY OF OUR MENUS, WE ARE MORE THAT HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST. AND GUESS WHAT? IT'S A FREE SERVICE!!!
WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CATERING & PRIVATE DINING?
AS THERE IS PLENTY THAT GOES INTO PROVIDING AN ORDER SUCCESSFULLY, INCLUDING PLANNING, SHOPPING, PREPPING, TRAVEL, AND STAFFING, WE GIVE CLIENTS UP TO 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE TO CANCEL THIER ORDERS. AT THAT TIME, A PARTIAL PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CLIENT, AS PER THE TERMS OUTLINED IN SECTION 8 OF OUR CONTRACT. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL ORDERS CANCELED LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO FULL FORFEITURE, AS A RESULT OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED INCURRED EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH COMPLETING YOUR ORDER.
HOW MUCH ADVANCE NOTICE SHOULD I GIVE PRIOR TO PLACING A CATERING OR PRIVATE DINING ORDER?
IN A PERFECT WORLD, WE WOLD HAVE SEVERAL WEEKS OF NOTICE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER. HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT IN THIS FAST PACED LIFE, NEEDS FOR CATERING CAN POP UP AT A MOMENT'S NOTICE. IN THOSE CASES, WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM NOTICE OF ONE WEEK/(7 DAYS). THOSE ORDERS (AND ALL ORDERS PLACED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE EVENT DATE) MUST BE PAID IN FULL IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SIGNING OF OUR CONTRACT, UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE.
IS GRATUITY AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO CATERING AND PRIVATE DINING SERVICES?
GRATUITY IS NOT ADDED AUTOMATICALLY, NOR IS IT MANDATORY. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TIP FOR GREAT SERVICE, AS WE DO WORK ARDUOUSLY TO PLAN, CREATE AND DELIVER CATERING AND PRIVATE DINING SERVICES FOR OUR CLIENTS. HOWEVER, IT IS NOT REQUIRED.
OCCASIONALLY, WE HAVE A FEW CLIENTS WHO PREFER TO PROVIDE TIP PRIOR TO THE EVENT, WHICH IS TOTALLY ACCEPTABLE. THIS IS MOSTLY BECAUSE THEY ARE PLACING THEIR ORDERS VIA CARD, AND WISH TO TAKE CARE OF THE TIPPING DURING THE SAME TIME OF THE ORDER TRANSACTION. GRATUITY IS NEVER FACTORED INTO THE TAX RATE WE CHARGE YOU. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU'VE MADE AN ADVANCED GRATUITY PAYMENT AND YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED, YOUR FULL GRATUITY WILL BE RETURNED, EVEN IF YOU'VE SURPASSED THE 48HR CANCELLATION PERIOD.
