Waitstaff

(SERVERS/COAT CHECK AGENTS/ BUSSERS)

CONSIDER THE WAITSTAFF THE NUTS & BOLTS OF YOUR SERVICE OPERATION.

THE SERVERS WILL CATER TO YOUR GUESTS' EVERY NEED, ENSURING A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE.

THE COAT CHECK AGENTS ARE EXPERIENCED, FAST AND FRIENDLY.  

THE BUSSERS WILL HELP FACILITATE A CLEAN & SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS.   

RECOMMENDED STAFFING**

BUFFET STYLE CATERING: 1 Server per 3-4 dishes. *FOR 7 OR MORE BUFFET SERVERS, A STAFF CAPTAIN IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

SEATED DINNER: 1 Server per 8-12 guests. *FOR 5 OR MORE SEATED DINNER SERVERS, A STAFF CAPTAIN IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

STAFF CAPTAINS ARE MOST IDEAL FOR WEDDINGS AND OTHER LARGE EVENTS THAT REQUIRES A LARGER WAITSTAFF.

THE STAFF CAPTAIN MANAGES THE WAITSTAFF, ENSURING THAT:

  • WAITSTAFF IS OPERATING EFFICIENTLY AT ALL TIMES.

  • STATIONS ARE ALWAYS STOCKED

  • AREAS ARE ALWAYS CLEANED

  • GUESTS ARE ALWAYS SATISFIED.

 

 

*PLEASE REMEMBER TO SCHEDULE SUFFICIENT TIME FOR STAFF TO SET UP/PREP PRIOR, AND TO CLEAN/BREAK DOWN AFTER YOUR EVENT. AVERAGE SETUP/BREAK DOWN TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR.

**ALL STAFFING RECOMMENDATIONS ARE SUGGESTED ONLY IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE EFFICIENCY AND FLOW OF YOUR EVENT. THESE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE IN PLANNING SEVERAL SUCCESSFUL EVENTS, IN CONJUNCTION WITH SUBSTANTIAL MARKET RESEARCH. HOWEVER, USE THESE SUGGESTIONS ONLY AS A GUIDELINE, AS ONLY YOU KNOW YOUR GUESTS, AND HOW TO ACCOMADATE THEIR NEEDS.

FURTHER, A MANDATORY TRAVEL FEE MAY BE APPLIED (PER EACH STAFF MEMBER) FOR JOBS OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK CITY (MANHATTAN, BROOKLYN, BRONX, QUEENS, STATEN ISLAND), AND LONG ISLAND.
